| dc.description | En este ensayo se busca promover la reflexión en torno a la necesidad de humanizar la acción gerencial dentro de las instituciones educativas, al considerar que un compromiso ético basado en la alteridad le permitirá al gerente desarrollar la capacidad antropológica de preocuparse por el bienestar de las personas que tiene bajo su responsabilidad. La reflexión plantea como conclusión que la alteridad como fundamento de un compromiso ético para la configuración de una gerencia educativa “otra” debe ser entendido como un medio para la conformación de un modelo de gerencia que permita alcanzar una verdadera escuela para todos, sensible, perceptiva, empática, humana, hospitalaria, generosa, noble, solidaria, magnánima y justa con el otro, con nosotros, con todos los que buscan en sus espacios aprender a ser, a conocer, a convivir y a hacer
Abstract
This essay aims at promoting the reflection concerning the need to humanize the managerial action inside educational institutions, considering that an ethical commitment based on alterity, will allow the manager to develop the anthropologic attitude to be worried about the well-being of the people under his responsibility. The reflection raises as a conclusion that alterity, as a foundation of an ethical commitment for the configuration of an educational management "other", must be understood as a means to create a model of management that allows to reach a real school for all, sensitive, perceptive, empathic, human, hospitable, generous, noble, solidary, magnanimous and a just school with other people, with ourselves, and with all who seek on it a place to learn to be, to know, to coexist and to do. | es-ES |
