| dc.description | El objetivo de la investigación es proponer estrategias de comunicación para la mejora de las relaciones interpersonales en el colectivo docente, caso: Unidad Educativa Nacional San Pedro del Rio, ubicada en el municipio Ayacucho, Estado Táchira. La investigación fue desarrollada bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, en la modalidad de proyecto factible apoyado en un trabajo de campo. La técnica de recolección de los datos fue la encuesta y un instrumento tipo cuestionario. Se obtuvo como resultado que la comunicación en la institución se ve limitada por la presencia de barreras que impiden la transmisión efectiva del mensaje, además, las relaciones que se establecen entre los docentes y entre éstos y los gerentes lucen superficiales, con deficiencias en el desarrollo de destrezas comunicativas que les permitan desarrollar relaciones reales efectivas en las que se sientan libres para manifestar lo que desean.
Abstract
The aim of the research is to propose communication strategies for the improvement of the interpersonal relationships of the teaching staff. The case is: Unidad Educativa Nacional San Pedro del Río, located in the Ayacucho Municipality, Táchira State. The research was developed under a quantitative focus, of a descriptive kind, within a factible proyect model, and helped with a field work. For data collection, a poll and questionnaire instrument were used. The obtained result was that the communication at the institution is limited by the presence of barriers that make impossible the efective communication of the message. On top of that, the relationship among professors, and between them and the managers, is superficial. Those relationships lack comunication skills that allow them to develop real and effective relationships in which they can feel free to express what they want to. | es-ES |
