| dc.description | Tratar el tema del Liderazgo en la actualidad es una gran responsabilidad por ser uno de los fenómenos humanos más antiguos y trascendentes de los cuales con gran profusión han investigado y publicado cantidad de autores, desde épocas, corrientes y contextos diferentes. El presente estudio tiene como finalidad proponer un programa motivacional para el fortalecimiento de la función directiva en la Unidad Educativa Bolivariana Débora Medina Vivas del Municipio Ayacucho. Se revisan los constructos: estilo de liderazgo y motivación al logro. La investigación se enmarca bajo la modalidad de proyecto factible, su diseño es de campo y es de carácter descriptivo. La muestra es censal, 28 docentes, pues se tomó el 100% de la población. Para recolectar la información requerida se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta apoyándose en el cuestionario como instrumento, el cuál fue dividido en dos partes, y estuvo conformado por veinte (20) ítems con alternativas de respuesta (Siempre, Algunas Veces y Nunca). Dicho instrumento fue validado mediante el juicio de Expertos y su confiabilidad se calculó a través del método Alfa de Cronbach.
Abstract Addressing the topic of Leadership in our days is a great responsibility because it is one of the most ancient and transcendent human phenomena, which has already been widely commented by a variety of authors from different times, positions and countries. This study aims at proposing a motivational program for the strengthening of the managing function at the Unidad Educativa Bolivariana Deborah Medina Vivas, at the municipality of Ayacucho in the Táchira State. The main topics are, thus, leadership style and motivation. The research is framed in a modality called Doable Project. Using the In Field Technique, with a descriptive character. A census was made of 28 teachers taken as the 100% of the population. For the data collection we applied a technique called Poll, using a questionnaire as a means, which was divided into two parts. It was composed by twenty (20) items with alternative answers such as: always, sometimes, never. This instrument was validated by an Experts Judgment and its reliability was calculated through the Alpha de Cronbach method. | es-ES |
