dc.descriptionThe objective of this scientific article is to display reflections regarding the epistemological possibilities in a tendency to the possible investigation of the theoretical construct on teaching talent, in the perception of the university teaching professional about himself and from the management in the school of human relations, proposing a brief hermeneutical analysis of the preliminary opinion according to the postmodern paradigmatic dimensions expressed by the teachers themselves as subjects of the investigation in contrast to documentary elements of interest in relation to the subject. Consequently, the use of a hermeneutical methodology accompanied by the Atlas tool was estimated. Ti Ver 7.0 on the essential aspects that make possible the cohesion of two topics of interest such as talent and teaching management in the university space. The reflections raised as dimensional findings in the ontological, epistemic, axiological and construct aspects gave rise to a subsequent doctoral study.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo científico tiene como objetivo desplegar reflexiones respecto a las posibilidades epistemológicas en tendencia a la indagación posible del constructo teórico sobre el talento docente, en la percepción del profesional docente universitario sobre sí mismo y desde la gestión en la escuela de las relaciones humanas, planteando un breve análisis hermenéutico de la opinión preliminar acorde a las dimensiones paradigmáticas postmodernas expresadas por los propios docentes como sujetos de la indagación, en contraste con elementos documentales de interés en relación a la temática. En consecuencia, se estimó el uso de una metodología hermenéutica acompañada de la herramienta Atlas. Ti Ver 7.0 sobre los aspectos esenciales que hacen posible la cohesión de dos temáticas de interés como son talento y gestión docente en el espacio universitario. Las cavilaciones planteadas obtenidas como hallazgos dimensionales en lo ontológico, epistémico, axiológico y de constructo dieron inicio a un posterior estudio de orden doctoral.es-ES
