dc.descriptionPregnancy at an early age or in adolescence is a biological fact that involves risks. The purpose of the study is to determine in what percentage pregnant women with adolescent pregnancy go to the integrated consultation of the San Mateo ambulatory. Methodologically, it was carried out under the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, a field modality, of a documentary-exploratory nature. The unit of analysis was 80 histories of patients between 12 and 17 years old, the sampling was Census, the techniques: the record, underlined and the summary and the instrument: the files and the folder sheets. As a conclusion, 0.00% attend the integrated consultation, as none attends the pediatric consultation, or the psychological one, due to lack of education and disinformation, thus, 100% only attend the gynecological consultation.en-US
dc.descriptionEl embarazo a temprana edad o en la adolescencia, es un hecho biológico que implica riesgos. El propósito del estudio, es determinar en qué porcentaje acuden las gestantes con embarazo adolescente, a la consulta integrada del ambulatorio de San Mateo. Metodológicamente, se realizó bajo el paradigma positivista, con enfoque cuantitativo, modalidad de campo, de carácter documental – exploratorio. La unidad de análisis fueron 80 historias de pacientes con edades entre 12 y 17 años, el muestreo fue Censal, las técnicas: el fichado, subrayado y el resumen y el instrumento: las fichas y las hojas folder. Como conclusión el 0,00 %, acuden a la consulta integrada, pues ninguna asiste a la consulta pediátrica, ni a la psicológica, por falta de educación y desinformación, así, el 100% solo asisten a la consulta ginecológica.es-ES
