dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se delimita el significado que guarda la creación del posgrado en Derecho, que se está formulando en la UAM Azcapotzalco y que tiene como área de especialización, entre otras, los derechos indios en México, lo cual se sustenta con un perfil transdisciplinario e interdisciplinario, con énfasis en la educación indígena y en el marco socio-jurídico, relativo a los problemas de pobreza, dominio, discriminación, desigualdad y explotación de los pueblos indios.
dc.descriptionIn this work we explain the creation of the graduate in Law, being organized at UAM Azcapotzalco and whose area of expertise, among others, Indian rights in Mexico, which is supported with a trans disciplinary and interdisciplinary profile, with emphasis in indigenous education and the socio-legal framework concerning the problems of poverty, domination, discrimination, inequality, and exploitation of indigenous peoples.
