Propuesta de optimización del proceso de adquisición de estándares en un laboratorio farmacéutico en la ciudad de Barraquilla

Abstract

Con este proyecto esperamos brindar una alternativa al momento de hacer la adquisición de estándares en el laboratorio farmacéutico en la ciudad de Barranquilla esto ha sido un proceso que ha enfrentado diversos desafíos y deficiencias. Ante esta problemática, se propuso una investigación con el objetivo principal de optimizar este proceso. Para lograrlo, se llevaron a cabo varios pasos. En primer lugar, se realizaron antecedentes y se identificaron los problemas clave que afectaban la adquisición de estándares. Estos incluían la falta de una planificación adecuada, un control insuficiente de las requisiciones y la inexistencia de una relación costo-inventario eficiente. Con base en los antecedentes, se establecieron los objetivos del estudio. Estos se enfocaron en la planificación adecuada de la adquisición de insumos, el control efectivo de las requisiciones y la implementación de una relación costo-inventario eficiente mediante una base de datos y el diseño de unas plantillas en la herramienta power app.

In view of this problem, research was proposed with the main objective of optimizing this process. To achieve this, several steps were carried out. First, background information was gathered and the key problems affecting the acquisition of standards were identified. These included lack of adequate planning, insufficient control of requisitions and lack of an efficient cost-to-inventory ratio. Based on the background, the objectives of the study were established. These focused on the adequate planning of the acquisition of inputs, the effective control of requisitions and the implementation of an efficient cost-inventory relationship through a database and the design of templates in the power app tool.
