Imaginarios sociales frente a la salud sexual y reproductiva de los padres y madres adolescentes del barrio Rebolo/Barranquilla

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación “Imaginarios Sociales frente a la salud sexual y reproductiva en los adolescentes”, se encuentra vinculada al macroproyecto “Responsabilidad en la salud sexual y reproductiva, un camino para la construcción de cultura de paz”, proyecto adscrito al Grupo de Derechos Humanos, Tendencias Jurídicas y Socio Jurídicas Contemporáneas y al Programa de Salud, Familia y Entorno del–CIISO, de la Universidad Simón Bolívar. El objetivo general declarado fue Interpretar los imaginarios sociales en los padres y madres adolescentes del barrio Rebolo-Barranquilla, fue abordado desde un enfoque cualitativo valorando al sujeto, desde las construcciones subjetivas, sus ideas y pensamientos para la comprensión de la realidad que estos viven desde la cotidianidad. Se abordó la categoría de imaginarios sociales y sus subcategorías como son las creencias, percepciones y actitudes, por lo anterior, se propuso responder a la pregunta, ¿Cuáles son los imaginarios sociales que tienen los padres y madres adolescentes del barrio Rebolo-Barranquilla frente a su salud sexual y reproductiva?. La población muestra fue un colectivo de 15 personas entre madres y padres adolescentes del barrio Rebolo en la ciudad de Barranquilla/Atlántico.

This research project "Social Imaginaries in the face of sexual and reproductive health in adolescents" is linked to the macro-project "Responsibility in sexual and reproductive health, a path for the construction of a culture of peace", a project attached to the Group of Human Rights, Contemporary Legal and Socio-Legal Trends and the Health, Family and Environment Program of the CIISO, of the Simón Bolívar University. The declared general objective was to Interpret the social imaginaries in the adolescent fathers and mothers of the Rebolo-Barranquilla neighborhood, it was approached from a qualitative approach, valuing the subject, from the subjective constructions, their ideas and thoughts for the understanding of the reality that they live from everyday life. The category of social imaginaries and its subcategories such as beliefs, perceptions and attitudes were addressed, therefore, it was proposed to answer the question, What are the social imaginaries that adolescent fathers and mothers of the Rebolo-Barranquilla neighborhood have in front of their sexual and reproductive health? The sample population was a group of 15 people including adolescent mothers and fathers from the Rebolo neighborhood in the city of Barranquilla/Atlántico.
