dc.descriptionThis study evaluated the productive behavior, biochemical changes, hematological and intestinal health of quails (Coturnix coturnix japonica), its effect was determined in egg production, egg weight, feed conversion, histology of the duodenum portion of the small intestine and hematological and biochemical blood levels. For this study 320 Quails spread over four treatments (0, 125, 250, 375 g of probiotic Avi-bac) with four replications of 20 birds were used. The experiment lasted 30 days. Randomized complete block design was used and means were analyzed by the Tukey test. The results of the productive variables showed no significant difference (p> 0.05), as the villi of the duodenum portion of hematology and blood biochemistry.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el presente estudio se evaluó el comportamiento productivo, los cambios bioquímicos, hematológicos y salud intestinal de codornices (Coturnix coturnix japónica), se determinó sus efectos en la producción de huevos, peso de huevo, conversión alimenticia, histología de la porción duodeno del intestino delgado, niveles sanguíneos hematológicos y bioquímicos. Se utilizaron 320 codornices repartidas en cuatro tratamientos (0, 125, 250, 375 g de probiótico Avi-bac) con cuatro repeticiones de 20 aves. El experimento duró 30 días. Se usó un diseño de bloques completamente al azar y los promedios se analizaron mediante la prueba de Tukey. Los resultados de las variables productivas no mostraron diferencias significativas (p>0.05), al igual que las vellosidades intestinales de la porción duodeno, de la hematología y bioquímica sanguínea.es-ES
