dc.description.abstract | A mobile information route application was developed for the heavy transport company Torres Revelo SA, applying SCRUM agile development method to obtain the system requirements through frequent meetings with the user, resulting in 23 functional and 9 non-functional requirements, the Project development is divided into modules: client, transporter and administrator, the construction of a web application was chosen for the final, for which the MEAN Stack and Ionic framework based on JavaScript was used for the development of the mobile application. The quality evaluation test was submitted in this project, the usability with the ISO / IEC 25010 standard based on its sub-characteristics: intelligibility, learning, operability, protection against user errors, aesthetics and accessibility. A questionnaire of 26 questions was conducted with the use of the Nielsen method, applying to a total of 10 users in the whole process of the development of the application, based on prototypes. When tabulating the results obtained, the chi-square test was applied accepting the alternative hypothesis with a percentage of 75% of the surveyed users concluding that the mobile and web application is easy to use, learn and allows the user to trace the shortest route. However, it is recommended to develop functionalities to improve the aspect of user accessibility with special capabilities. | |
