dc.descriptionAfter reviewing key concepts on the subject, we define that institutional ethics is the set of moral aspirations, norms, customs, beliefs, and others that shape the organizational culture of an institution. and we propose that its functions in the culture and organizational dynamics of a health institution. In this regard, it is highlighted that solidarity and justice are its fundamental pillars linked in a good communication network. Finally, we propose that when it is affected and work stress is generated, the alteration of the aforementioned three variables determines the most visible manifestations of the institutional pathology that allow its diagnosis.en-US
dc.descriptionLuego de revisar conceptos clave sobre el tema, definimos que la ética institucional es el conjunto de aspiraciones morales, normas, costumbres, creencias y otros, que dan forma a la cultura organizacional de una institución. y planteamos que sus funciones en la cultura y dinámica organizacional de una institución de salud. Se resalta al respecto que la solidaridad y la justicia son sus pilares fundamentales enlazados en una buena red de comunicación. Finalmente, planteamos que cuando aquella se afecta y se genera el estrés laboral, la alteración de las citadas tres variables determina las manifestaciones más visibles de la patología institucional que permiten su diagnóstico.es-ES
