Análisis de las estrategias de motivación que emplea la Unidad Educativa ILEANA ESPINEL CEDEÑO de la ciudad de Guayaquil para fomentar la investigación educativa en sus estudiantes de bachillerato, 2022-2023

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo investigativo fue analizar las estrategias de motivación que emplea la Unidad Educativa Ileana Espinel Cedeño, en la ciudad de Guayaquil, para fomentar la investigación educativa en sus estudiantes de bachillerato, diseñando como herramienta un periódico mural semanal para despertar el espíritu investigativo, para la recolección de datos se obtuvo una muestra de 84 alumnos que cursaban el primero y segundo año de bachillerato con un rango de edad entre 14 a 18 años tanto mujeres como hombres. Para esta investigación se utilizó el método descriptivo y de campo, las técnicas aplicadas fueron la cuantitativa y cualitativa, por cuanto se emplearon herramientas como la encuesta para los estudiantes y la entrevista para los docentes. El análisis de los datos obtenidos mediante estos procedimientos dio como resultado una aceptación y acogida para la implementación del periódico mural, como recurso didáctico, comunicacional y motivacional para la sociedad estudiantil.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the motivational strategies used by the Ileana Espinel Cedeño Educational Unit, in the city of Guayaquil, in order to promote educational research for high school students. As a tool it was designed a weekly mural newspaper to awaken the investigative spirit. For data collection it was used a sample of 84 students in the first and second year of high school with an age range between 14 to 18 years old both females and males. For this research it was used the descriptive and field methods, the applied techniques were quantitative and qualitative, the tools for the research were the survey for the students and the interview with teachers. The analysis showed a good acceptance for the implementation of the wall newspaper as a didactic, communicational and motivational resource for the student society
