Presupuesto y programación de obra para construcción del centro de salud en Cantón Balao, Provincia del Guayas, y la aplicación de la metodología Lean Construction.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación se desarrolla el presupuesto y la programación de obra para el proyecto que es la construcción de la infraestructura del centro de salud ubicado en el cantón balao provincia del Guayas. La metodología que se aplicara es lean construction y sus diversas herramientas que mediante la revisión de rubros y cantidades se elaboraron memorias de cálculo mediante los diversos planos obtenidos por la recopilación de información del proyecto, además se generó la planificación de obra mediante el software Microsoft Project en el que se desarrollaron las distintas actividades con la asignación de recursos y rendimientos obtenidos de los APU.

The present titling work develops the budget and the work schedule for the project, which is the construction of the infrastructure of the health center located in the Balao canton, Guayas province. The methodology that will be applied is lean construction and its various tools that, through the review of items and quantities, calculation reports were prepared through the various plans obtained by the collection of project information, in addition, the work planning was generated using the Microsoft Project software. in which the different activities were developed with the allocation of resources and yields obtained from the APU
