| dc.description | El uso de herramientas financieras en el análisis de proyectos de inversión es
importante por la determinación de la viabilidad en el mercado. El objetivo de este
estudio radia en la aplicación de herramientas financieras para la Empresa FAHDI”
del cantón Daule, mediante los cálculos de: Tasa Mínima Anual de Rendimiento
(TMAR), Valor Actual Neto (VAN) entre otros, para la determinación de su factibilidad
en el mercado. En cuanto a los materiales y métodos, la investigación posee una
metodología con un enfoque analítico que comprende la revisión bibliográfica sobre
los principales términos relacionados con el tema propuesto entre los que se destaca:
administración financiera, importancia, las herramientas financieras, presupuesto de
capital y otros criterios de evaluación financiera, y un enfoque cuantitativo que
comprende el desarrollo de un caso práctico de la aplicación de estos principios en
la empresa; así como el análisis de presupuesto de capital y los estados financieros.
Entre los principales resultados con la aplicación de las herramientas financieras se
determinó que el proyecto cumple con los criterios de evaluación de manera favorable
para el inversor. Concluyendo que, en base a estos datos obtenidos en la evaluación
financiera, se infiere en la factibilidad y puesta en marcha de este proyecto de
inversión. | |
| dc.description | The use of financial tools in the analysis of investment projects is important for determining
the viability in the market. The objective of this study lies in the application of financial tools
for the FAHDI Company "of the Daule canton, through the calculations of: Minimum Annual
Rate of Return (TMAR), Net Present Value (VAN) among others, to determine its feasibility
in the market. Regarding the materials and methods, the research has a methodology with
an analytical approach that includes the bibliographic review on the main terms related to
the proposed topic, among which stands out: financial administration, importance, financial
tools, capital budget and other financial evaluation criteria, and a quantitative approach that
includes the development of a practical case of the application of these principles in the
company; as well as the capital budget analysis and financial statements. Among the main
results with the application of financial tools, it was determined that the
project meets the evaluation criteria favorably for the investor. Concluding that, based on
these data obtained in the financial evaluation, it is inferred the feasibility and
implementation of this investment project. | |
