| dc.description | La clave roja obstétrica es un protocolo con un manejo integral para
identificación oportuna las hemorragias obstétricas en las gestantes
adolescentes. Objetivo: Determinar el análisis de la aplicación de la clave roja
por el personal de enfermería en gestantes que asisten a un hospital de la
ciudad de Guayaquil. Metodología: descriptivo, cuantitativo, prospectivo, de
corte transversal. Población: 55 personales de enfermería que cumplen con
criterios de inclusión. Técnica: Observación directa, Instrumento: Hoja de
chequeo. Resultados: Entre las características predominaron personal de
enfermería de 41 a 45 años (36%), de sexo mujer (85%), que tiene un nivel
académico superior (82%) con más de 12 meses trabajando en esta área. En
cuanto a los parámetros clínicos, valoran la frecuencia respiratoria (27%); en
relación a las actividades inmediatas, el 91% se encarga de cubrir a la
paciente para evitar la hipotermia, además hace la reposición del volumen con
solución de cristaloides y prioriza la condición materna sobre la fetal. En el
cumplimiento del Protocolo de la clave roja, el 100% administra líquido,
hemocomponentes y medicamentos ordenados por el coordinador.
Conclusión: Se destaca que las actividades se rigen al protocolo del área y
en cuanto al Score Mama del Ministerio de salud pública, pero se debe
continuar capacitando al personal de enfermería, en cuanto a la valoración de
los parámetros y las actividades inmediatas en los casos de emergencia de
clave roja, para garantizar la atención de las pacientes en situaciones de
emergencia obstétrica. | |

timely identification of obstetric hemorrhages in pregnant adolescents.
Objective: To determine the analysis of the application of the red key by
the nursing staff in pregnant women who attend a hospital in the city of
Guayaquil. Methodology: descriptive, quantitative, prospective, crosssectional. Population: 55 nursing personnel who meet the inclusion
criteria. Technique: Direct observation, Instrument: Direct observation
checklist. Results: Among the characteristics, nursing personnel from 41
to 45 years old (36%), female (85%), who have a higher academic level
(82%) with more than 12 months working in this area, predominated. As
for the clinical parameters, they assess respiratory rate (27%); In relation
to immediate activities, 91% are in charge of covering the patient to avoid
hypothermia, they also replace the volume with crystalloid solution and
prioritize the maternal condition over the fetal one. In compliance with the
Red Code Protocol, 100% administer fluid, blood components, and
medications ordered by the coordinator. Conclusion: It is highlighted that
the activities are governed by the protocol of the area and in terms of the
Mama Score of the Ministry of Public Health, but the nursing staff must
continue to be trained in terms of the assessment of the parameters and
the immediate activities in the cases red code emergency, to ensure
