| dc.description | Cuando una persona es sentenciada y le imponen una pena privativa de libertad, esta
debe ingresar a un centro de rehabilitación social, ya que una finalidad de la pena es
buscar una correcta rehabilitación de la persona sentenciada. Con esta acción el Estado
tendrá que brindarle todas las facilidades para que la persona sentenciada pueda
rehabilitarse y reintegrarse a la sociedad, cumpliendo con postulados jurídicos y
dogmáticos de la pena. Se realizó una revisión de doctrina, jurisprudencia y dogmática
penal sobre la pena y la rehabilitación de la persona sentenciada. Así que se concluye
que en nuestro estado Ecuatoriano no se cumple con esta finalidad, ya que la causa
principal es la corrupción, que proviene del gobierno. | |
