| dc.description | Es de interés para esta investigación analizar la satisfacción del
ejercicio laboral del contador según su género y edad, a fin de determinar los
niveles de vulnerabilidad si se llegaren a hallar, cuyo objetivo es determinar la
incidencia del Síndrome de Burnout en trabajadores del área contable de las
empresas de Guayaquil, mediante una investigación de campo, para generar
estrategias que ayuden a mitigar sus consecuencias; la metodología que se
utilizó durante la investigación fue mixta entre “descriptiva y exploratoria”; para
ello se determinaron y analizaron las relaciones entre las variables sociales,
personales y organizacionales; con un diseño de forma trasversal dando como
resultado un estudio observacional. Los hallazgos principales fueron que la
pandemia no fue determinante en la incidencia de Síndrome de Burnout en la
población estudiada. Las mujeres por su rol determinante en la familia, en la
sociedad y en la empresa se encuentran mayormente expuestas a factores
generadores de estrés, por lo que es muy importante crear espacios para
ellas, brindarles afecto, apoyo y comprensión. Por lo tanto, se concluye que
tienen una carga muy pesada, que, aunque afrontan bien, es claro que no
disponen de las mismas facilidades que tienen los hombres. | |
| dc.description | It is of interest for this research to analyze the satisfaction of the
accountant's work practice according to their gender and age, in order to
determine the levels of vulnerability if they were to be found, whose objective
is to determine the incidence of Burnout Syndrome in workers in the
accounting area of the companies of Guayaquil, through field research, to
generate strategies that help mitigate its consequences; the methodology used
during the investigation was mixed between "descriptive and exploratory"; to
determine and analyze the relationships between the social, personal and
organizational variables; with a transversal shape design giving the result of
an observational study. The main hallucinations were that: The pandemic was
not a decisive factor in the incidence of Burnout syndrome in the studied
population. Women by their determinant role in the family, in society and in the
company are largely exposed to generating factors of stress, because it is very
important to create spaces for them, affection, support, compensation. For this
reason, it is concluded that ten has a very large load, which, although well-off,
