| dc.description | En el presente trabajo se analizará el caso de Magdalena, una paciente de estructura neurótica con modalidad histérica que al conocer la intención de su esposo de querer separarse acude a consulta con mucha angustia. La infidelidad repetitiva del esposo daba cuenta de las elecciones sintomáticas de pareja que la paciente sostenía. Es así como a lo largo del recorrido del caso se irá desmontando cada episodio de la infancia, adolescencia y adultez de Magdalena, momentos que muestran las estrategias y los significantes que sostuvieron una pregunta constante sobre la feminidad. La paciente expondrá en su cuerpo y en su discurso la caída del ser, episodios traumáticos de su infancia y las consecuencias que estos tuvieron en su vida, a la vez que se reconciliará con sus verdaderos afectos. Resaltan como conceptos claves del caso: la insatisfacción que sostiene, los síntomas conversivos de los que padece, la represión y la identificación con el padre. | |
| dc.description | In this paper we will analyze the case of Magdalena, a patient with a neurotic structure with a hysterical pattern who, upon learning of her husband's intention of wanting to separate, goes to the psychologist with great anguish. The husband's repetitive infidelity accounted for the symptomatic choices of a loving partner that the patient sustained. Thus, throughout the course of the case, each episode of Magdalena's childhood, adolescence and adulthood will be dismantled, moments that show the strategies and signifiers that sustained a constant interrogant about femininity. The patient will expose in her body and in her speech the lack of sense in her life, traumatic episodes of her childhood and the consequences that these had in her life, while she will reconcile with her true affections. The key concepts of the case stand out: the dissatisfaction that she sustains, the conversion symptoms of those she suffers, the repression and the identification with the father.
