| dc.description | En el presente trabajo de investigación se busca identificar los recursos armónicos, melódicos y rítmicos de las canciones “Exit Music” y “The Tourist” del álbum “Ok computer”, por medio de un análisis académico musical, para luego implementar tales recursos en dos composiciones inéditas.
Esta investigación cualitativa con alcance descriptivo se desarrolló en varias etapas: la extracción de información de fuentes bibliográficas tales como libros, entrevistas y revistas, lo que permitió conocer sobre el origen del rock experimental y las circunstancias sobre las cuales el álbum “Ok computer” llegó a convertirse en ícono referencial del género. Como segunda etapa, se procedió a la transcripción y al análisis teórico musical de los dos temas, para posteriormente dar lugar a la tercera etapa, en donde se aplicaron los recursos musicales extraídos, en la composición de temas musicales inéditos.
El desarrollo de estas etapas se dio por medio de la aplicación del método inductivo, el que nos permitió evidenciar por medio del análisis y la experimentación, la riqueza teórico musical, de la que están compuestos los temas analizados, evidenciada en la creación de dos temas inéditos. | |
| dc.description | This research work seeks to identify the harmonic, melodic and rhythmic resources of the songs "Exit Music" and "The Tourist" from the album "Ok computer", by means of a musical academic analysis, and then implement such resources in two unpublished compositions.
This qualitative research with descriptive scope was developed in several stages: the extraction of information from bibliographic sources such as books, interviews and magazines, which allowed us to know about the origin of experimental rock and the circumstances on which the album "Ok computer" arrived. to become a referential icon of the genre. As a second stage, we proceeded to the transcription and the musical theoretical analysis of the two themes, to later give rise to the third stage, where the extracted musical resources were applied, in the composition of unpublished musical themes.
The development of these stages took place through the application of the inductive method, which allowed us to show through analysis and experimentation, the musical theoretical richness, of which the analyzed themes are composed, evidenced in the creation of two themes unpublished. | |
