| dc.description | En el trabajo a continuación, se presentará la elaboración de un análisis clínico, donde se establecerá las diversas formulaciones del caso clínico y estructura subjetiva a partir de la lectura del caso de Berta, utilizando como herramienta el marco teórico psicoanalítico, para una mejor comprensión del mismo. El caso ha sido titulado como “La inocencia Bertha: entre la belleza y lo imposible”, caso que narra los síntomas y distintas manifestaciones subjetivas de una paciente de 40 años que entra a análisis por una queja clara: Dificultad en el manejo de sus hijos, lo cual luego en el trabajo analítico, en sesiones, irá confeccionando y tejiendo las distintas respuestas que se ha podido elaborar, según su historia: desplazada por una hermana, identificación con la madre, agresiva en lo social, inhábil, amorfa. Es así, que, a partir de dicha lectura, se expondrá la estructura clínica de la paciente, siendo esta una neurosis con modalidad histérica. | |
| dc.description | In the following work, the elaboration of clinical analysis will be presented, where various formulations and subjective structure will be established from the reading of Berta's case. Using the psychoanalytic theoretical framework as a tool for a better understanding of the case. The case has been titled "Bertha's innocence: between beauty and the impossible", a case that narrates the symptoms and different subjective manifestations of a 40-year-old patient who enters analysis for a clear complaint: Difficulty in handling her children , which then in the analytical work, in sessions, will make and show different responses that have been elaborated by the patient, according to their history: displaced by a sister, an identification with her mother, socially aggressive, unskilled, amorphous. Thus, from this reading, the clinical structure of the patient will be exposed, this being a neurosis with an hysterical modality. | |
