| dc.description | El trabajo de sistematización se realiza en razón de las prácticas pre profesionales realizadas en la M.I Municipalidad de Guayaquil desde octubre del 2019 hasta 2020. El objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar un espacio de atención psicológica mediante un proceso de psicodiagnóstico y psicoterapéutico para aliviar el malestar subjetivo y síntomas causados por la sobrecarga laboral de las personas/empleados que trabajan en la institución en la que se realizaron las practicas. Su importancia se sostiene en la implementación del servicio, del proceso psicodiagnóstico y psicoterapéutico y de los resultados alcanzados en los casos atendidos. La metodología aplicada en esta sistematización fue cualitativa, la técnica más utilizada fue la entrevista clínica la que fue utilizada para la recoger la información. | |
| dc.description | The systematization work is carried out due to the pre-professional practices carried out in the MI Municipality of Guayaquil from October 2019 to 2020. The objective of this work is to design a space for psychological care through a psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic process to alleviate the Subjective discomfort and symptoms caused by the work overload of the people/ employees who work in the institution where the practices were carried out. Its importance is sustained in the implementation of the service, the psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic process and the results achieved in the cases attended. The methodology applied in this systematization was qualitative, the most used technique was the clinical interview, which was used to collect the information. | |
