| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación trata sobre los límites de la responsabilidad que tiene el agente naviero al ejercer sus funciones, esta figura fue incorporada en el Nuevo Código de Comercio del año 2019. Para el análisis respectivo debemos conocer claramente la figura del agente naviero, su relación con otras figuras importantes en el desarrollo de sus funciones, así como las responsabilidades del mismo, lo que nos llevarán a determinar los límites de su responsabilidad. También se tratará brevemente sobre la responsabilidad procesal del agente naviero en relación con el armador. Durante el desarrollo de nuestro trabajo también haremos comparación de nuestra legislación con la de otros países. | |
| dc.description | This research is about limitation of liability of the shipping agent in the performance of his duties. The figure of shipping agent was incorporated in the Commercial Code in 2019. For the analysis we need to know about the shipping agent and the relationship with other entities that will become crucial in the development of his functions, the liability of the shipping agent and the limitation of it. Also we will treat about the procedural responsibility of the shipping agent in relation to the ship owner. In the development of our investigation we will also compare our legislation with other countries. | |
