dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se realizó un análisis de un caso clínico, por nosotros titulado “No sé quién soy. No soy nada”, en el cual se explican los conflictos que atraviesa Clara, y la localización de diferentes elementos que forman la subjetividad de la paciente, como: la formación de síntomas, el modo de goce, su fantasma; todo esto para lograr un diagnóstico diferencial al ubicar en qué estructura se encuentra, a partir del enfoque psicoanalítico. En este caso se trata de una neurosis histérica y se pretende explicar, a partir de la teoría psicoanalítica, el porqué del diagnóstico a partir de la historia de la paciente. Clara es una paciente que menciona que su problema es en orden afectivo, es ahí donde radica su conflicto. A partir del análisis, con lo que lleva Clara, habla de su relación con el padre, que no ha sido optima, ella ha tratado de complacerlo, y esta acción la ha llevado al ámbito de sus relaciones de pareja, repetirlo; entonces ella se acomoda, y complace el deseo del Otro, perdiéndose en éste sin saber quién es ella realmente y su deseo.
dc.descriptionIn this paper an analysis of a clinical case was carried out, entitled "I do not know who I am. I am nothing", in which it explains the conflicts that Clara goes through, and the location of different elements that form the subjectivity of the patient, such as the formation of symptoms, the mode of enjoy, her ghost; all this to achieve a differential diagnosis by locating what structure it is in, from the psychoanalytic approach. In this case it is a hysterical neurosis and it is intended to explain, from the psychoanalytic theoretical basis, why the diagnosis is based on the patient's history. Clara is a patient who mentions that her problem is in emotional order, that's where her conflict lies. From the analysis, with what Clara wears, she talks about her relationship with the father, who has not been optimal, she has tried to please him, and this action has taken her into the realm of her relationships, repeat it; then she settles in, and pleases the desire of the Other, getting lost in this one without knowing who she really is and her desire.
