| dc.description | Este trabajo de titulación consta sobre el análisis de factibilidad económica de la concesión del corredor vial “Chongón – Santa Elena (incluyendo el tramo Progreso – Playas)” y propuesta en TCP (Thin Concrete Pavements). El análisis se realizó al proyecto que le fue adjudicado a la Constructora Verdú por medio del Ministerios de Transporte y Obras Públicas (MTOP) el cual consta de la rehabilitación y mantenimiento del sistema vial Guayaquil – Salinas la cual corresponde a la rehabilitación de la vía, la colocación de la carpeta asfáltica, las señalizaciones tanto horizontales como verticales, los puestos de auxilio, las reformas geométricas, las obras para el correcto drenaje y la reposición de guardavías. Cabe mencionar que este proyecto ya cuenta con sus propios cálculos, propuesta de trabajo y presupuesto. Por tal motivo, este trabajo de titulación realizó una reformulación del proyecto mencionado anteriormente, pero usando como propuesta el TCP, por ende, se volvió hacer los mismos cálculos, presupuestos y propuesta constructiva con ciertas variantes, pero utilizado esta nueva opción para poder visualizar cuál de las dos opciones es más recomendable o factible. | |
| dc.description | This titling work consists of the economic feasibility analysis of the concession of the “Chongón - Santa Elena (including the Progreso - Playas)” road corridor and proposed in TCP (Thin Concrete Pavements). The analysis was carried out on the project that was awarded to Constructora Verdú through the Ministries of Transportation and Public Works (MTOP) which consists of the rehabilitation and maintenance of the Guayaquil - Salinas road system, which corresponds to the rehabilitation of the road, the placement of the asphalt binder, both horizontal and vertical signage, aid posts, geometric reforms, works for proper drainage and replacement of guardrails. It is worth mentioning that this project already has its own calculations, work proposal and budget. For this reason, this titling work carried out a reformulation of the aforementioned project, but using TCP as a proposal, therefore, it became the same calculations, budgets and constructive proposal with certain variants, but used this new option to visualize which of the two options is more advisable or feasible. | |
