| dc.description | El presente trabajo corresponde a la realización del análisis de caso clínico tomando como referencia a la teoría psicoanalítica, con el propósito de abordar y explicar los síntomas, la manera de hacer con lo real y el goce propio de la neurosis histérica. Se toman como base algunos textos psicoanalíticos que abordan a la neurosis histérica. Este análisis de caso se basa en Bertha, una mujer de cuarenta años, casada y con hijos, que llega a consulta por la dificultad para hacer lazo social con sus hijos, a partir de esto ella pide que las sesiones sean más intensas y recurrentes. Por medio de este llamado, ella puede elaborar su verdadera demanda: el necesitar de otro que responda a la pregunta: que quiere el otro de mi. Bertha presenta esta necesidad de aprobación en las cosas que hace por arte de otro, cosas propias de la estructura histérica.
Partiendo de este análisis realizado en el caso Bertha, se puede llegar a un diagnostico estructural tomando en consideración como el sujeto hace con el síntoma en relación a la demanda y el goce. | |
| dc.description | The present work corresponds to the realization of the clinical case analysis taking as reference to the psychoanalytic theory, with the purpose of approaching and explaining the symptoms, the way of doing with the real and the own enjoyment of the hysterical neurosis. They are based on some psychoanalytic texts that deal with hysterical neurosis. This case analysis is based on Bertha, a forty-year-old woman, married
and with children, who comes to consultation because of the difficulty in making a social bond with her children, from this she asks that the sessions be more intense and recurrent. Through this petition, she can elaborate her true demand: needing someone else to answer the question: what does the other want from me? Bertha presents this need for approval in the things she does for the art of another, things proper to the hysterical structure. Based on this analysis carried out in the Bertha case, a structural diagnosis can be reached taking into consideration how the subject deals with the symptom in relation to the demand and enjoyment. | |
