| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar si existe intención emprendedora en los estudiantes de bachillerato entre 15 y 18 años de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Así también, el presente proyecto pretende demostrar si existen diferencias significativas entre géneros. El estudio ha sido enfocado bajo una perspectiva cuantitativa desde el género basado en la teoría del comportamiento planificado (Ajzen, 1991) con el propósito de abordar el fenómeno del emprendimiento a través del estudio de la intención
emprendedora. El presente marco conceptual genera una ampliación del modelo abordando el estudio del constructo llamado control percibido del comportamiento incluyendo el estudio del efecto de la controlabilidad percibida y la autoeficacia emprendedora en el modelo (Ajzen, 2002; Monsen & Urbig, 2009; Sieger & Monsen, 2015, citado en Jácome, 2018). La investigación fue abordada bajo una lógica cuantitativa de tipo confirmatorio, desde una perspectiva deductiva y un paradigma post-positivista. El alcance de la investigación es correlacional y explicativo. La muestra evaluada fue de 393 estudiantes de nivel bachillerato. El análisis de datos se realizó aplicando técnicas estadísticas como tablas de contingencia ANOVA y el análisis de regresión múltiple que permitieron confirmar las hipótesis planteadas. De igual manera, fue utilizado el análisis factorial confirmatorio para demostrar la confiabilidad del instrumento. Como conclusión se obtuvo que la intención emprendedora de los estudiantes de bachillerato de la ciudad de Guayaquil viene explicada por la actitud
emprendedora y la autoeficacia emprendedora. Los resultados también evidenciaron que no existen diferencias significativas en la capacidad explicativa del modelo en lo que respecta el género. | |
| dc.description | The main objective of this research work was to determine if there is an
entrepreneurial intention among high school students between the ages of 15
and 18 in the city of Guayaquil. Likewise, the present project will demonstrate if
there are significant differences between genres. The study has been focused
on a quantitative perspective from gender based on the theory of planned
behavior (Ajzen, 1991) with the purpose of addressing the phenomenon of
entrepreneurship through the study of entrepreneurial intention. The present
conceptual framework generated an extension of the model by addressing the
study of the construct called perceived control of behavior including the study of
the effect of perceived controllability and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the
model (Ajzen, 2002, Monsen & Urbig, 2009, Sieger & Monsen, 2015, cited in
Jácome, 2018).
The research was approached under a confirmatory quantitative logic, from a
deductive perspective and a post-positivist paradigm. The scope of the
investigation is correlational and explanatory. The sample evaluated was 393
high school students. The data analysis was performed applying statistical
techniques such as ANOVA contingency tables and the multiple regression
analysis that allowed confirming the hypotheses. Similarly, confirmatory factor
analysis was used to demonstrate the reliability of the instrument.
As a conclusion, it was obtained that the entrepreneurial intention of high school
students in the city of Guayaquil is explained by the entrepreneurial attitude and
entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The results also showed that there are no
significant differences in the explanatory capacity of the model with respect to
