| dc.description | La interpretación constitucional ha tomado especial importancia en el Derecho contemporáneo debido a que busca definir la manera en la cual se debería descubrir o atribuir un significado a la Constitución, cuyo estudio, actualmente, se ha convertido en el centro de discusión de la teoría jurídica ya que a partir
de ella se ha desarrollado el constitucionalismo contemporáneo, el cual se ha convertido en la principal corriente del Derecho que han adoptado los ordenamientos jurídicos en Estados democráticos de esta época. En este trabajo se tiene como principal objetivo saber cuál es la postura acerca de la interpretación constitucional que sigue la Corte Constitucional según la sentencia interpretativa 001-008-SI-CC. Para tal efecto, se realiza la esquematización de las tesis que establecen tres autores acerca de la interpretación constitucional bajo las cuales se pueda analizar la sentencia interpretativa mencionada. | |
| dc.description | Constitutional interpretation has taken on special importance in contemporary law because it seeks to define the way in which a meaning should be discovered or attributed to the Constitution, whose study has now become the center of discussion of legal theory and as from it contemporary constitutionalism has developed, which has become the main current of law that have adopted the legal systems in democra tic states of this era.
