dc.descriptionEl progreso de Durán conlleva al planteamiento necesario de generar ambientes que promueven el progreso socioeconómico, cultural y político. Dentro de estos ambientes, inevitable gestar espacios educativos y culturales socialmente activos que incentiven el aprendizaje y a su vez sirva como un referente de la ciudad. La propuesta integral busca fomentar la diversidad intelectual y didáctica, mediante la construcción de la Biblioteca Pública, que se caracteriza por potenciar su gran extensión territorial configurándolo como edificación y espacio público, siendo así el lugar ideal de congregación de actividades pasivas y activas.
dc.descriptionDuran's progress carries to the exposition necessary to generate environments that promote the socioeconomic, cultural and political progress. Inside these environments, inevitability to prepare educational and cultural socially active spaces that stimulate the learning and in turn serves as a modal of the city. The integral offer seeks to promote the intellectual and didactic diversity, by means of the construction of the Public Library, which is characterized for promoting his great territorial extension forming it as building and public space, being like that the ideal place of congregation of passive and active activities.
