| dc.description | En el presente trabajo presentaremos un análisis de un caso clínico con bases teóricas psicoanalíticas de Freud y Lacan. Conoceremos como se manifiesta el goce, síntoma, fantasma, significante amos entre otros conceptos que nos llevara a un anclaje clínico del caso. Juan tiene 29 años, llega a consulta porque no sabe como “ayudar” a su esposa y pide una respuesta frente a su malestar. Gracias a la evolución de las sesiones nos dan indicadores de cómo es la posición subjetiva, los dichos del paciente, dinámica familiar y su forma particular de hacer vínculo con los demás. Las sesiones están enriquecidas de información sobre su niñez, sexualidad, representaciones que traspasan la barrera de la represión por lo cual se generan conflictos psíquicos. La paternidad que teme enfrentar, significantes que no hubo en su desarrollo como sujeto lo llevan angustiarse frente a las situaciones de ser padre. Momentos del paciente que le causan malestar. | |
| dc.description | The present work we will present an analysis of a clinical case with the theoretical psychoanalytic bases of Freud and Lacan. We will know how the enjoy, symptom, ghost, significant masters among other concepts that will lead us to a clinical anchorage of the case. Juan is 29 years old, comes to the clinic because he does not
know how to "help" his wife and asks for an answer to his discomfort. Thanks to the evolution of the sessions, they give us indicators of what the subjective position is like, the patient's sayings, family dynamics and their particular way of making links with others.
