dc.descriptionEste trabajo presenta un ejercicio académico que desarrolla el anteproyecto arquitectónico del nuevo Centro Educativo Tecnológico para Talentos Deportivos de Fedeguayas, con la finalidad de intervenir y renovar la unidad educativa que actualmente existe en la ciudad de Guayaquil, en el complejo deportivo Estadio Modelo. El programa de talentos deportivos es un plan de educación integral que tiene como meta alcanzar y/o mantener el alto rendimiento académico y deportivo de jóvenes atletas. El nuevo proyecto contempla instalaciones en donde se integren los espacios necesarios para el alumnado; y para el público en general, la apertura de un Instituto Superior Tecnológico de enseñanza y aprendizaje, en el que sea óptimo el alcance del perfil y competencias para ejercer la labor de entrenador. El estudio fue realizado en base a la metodología de visitas a la unidad actual y sus alrededores, entrevistas con los directivos encargados, registro fotográfico, análisis de condicionantes y establecimiento de conclusiones en cada una de estas. A partir del proceso de esta información se determinan estrategias arquitectónicas y urbanas que, representadas con gráficos servirán para originar y exponer soluciones formales, funcionales y constructivas a aplicar en este proyecto.
dc.descriptionThis work presents an academic exercise that develops the architectural design for the new Technological Educational Center for Sports Talents of Fedeguayas, with the purpose of intervening and renewing the educational unit that currently exists in the city of Guayaquil, within the Estadio Modelo sports complex. The sports talent program is a comprehensive education plan that aims to achieve and maintain the high academic and athletic performance of young athletes. The new project includes facilities where the necessary spaces for students are integrated; and for the general public, the opening of a Higher Technological Institute for teaching and learning, in which the scope of the profile and competences to exercise the work of coach are optimal. The study was carried out based on the methodology of visits to the current unit and its surroundings, interviews with the managers in charge, photographic record, analysis of conditioners and establishment of conclusions in each of these. Starting with the process of the information collected , urban and architectural strategies are determined which represented with graphs, will serve to originate and present formal, functional and constructive solutions to be applied in this project.
