| dc.description | El presente proyecto de titulación consiste en la elaboración de un Hotel & Resort, en el que los clientes podrán encontrar, un lugar donde sin hacer esfuerzo se pueda disfrutar de bonitas y lujosas habitaciones rodeadas de naturaleza, sol y playa, buena comida, servicios de primer nivel, caminatas, fiestas con gente de la comunidad y el mundo, además, compartir actividades acuáticas para grandes y pequeños, que el hotel se encargará de organizar; todo lo que buscan, encontrarán en sus vacaciones; algo diferente, que se transformará en una experiencia inolvidable.
La ubicación del proyecto, se da estratégicamente por encontrarse en la hermosa comunidad de Ayangue, un lugar acogedor dentro de la Ruta del Spondylus en la provincia de Santa Elena, considerada también como la piscina del pacifico, y actualmente se ha convertido en un destino turístico importante en el país, por sus paisajes y biodiversidad en fauna marina, por la importancia de la creciente demanda de sol y playa; y actividad turística que es limitada por falta de promoción, infraestructura hotelera e inversión local.
Este proyecto necesita una inversión inicial de $1.217.872,62 la misma que se espera recuperar dentro de 2 años y 7 meses aproximadamente. | |
| dc.description | This project consists of the building of a Hotel & Resort, where guests will find a place where they can enjoy beautiful and luxurious rooms surrounded by nature, sun and beach, delicious food, first level service, walks, parties with people in the community and the world, also share water activities for young and old people that the hotel will organize. You will find in your vacation, something different, which will become an unforgettable experience.
The project location is given strategically, found in the beautiful community of Ayangue, an attractive place in the Ruta del Spondylus in the province of Santa Elena, also considered as the pool of the Pacific Ocean, and now has become an important tourist destination in the country, because of its landscapes and marine biodiversity, the importance of the growing demand for sun and beach, and tourist activity is limited by lack of promotion, hotel infrastructure and local investment.
