| dc.description | The present investigation had as objective the design of a system of indicators to contribute to the measurement of the intelligent management of the tourist destination in Portoviejo. For this, a non-experimental exploratory investigation was maintained, given a mixed approach; said applied methodology was based on Márquez, Cuétara, Bernardo Y Mera (2020) focused on three phases, in the first one it consisted of the strategic situational diagnosis of the territory where important data regarding supply and demand were analyzed, followed by specific analyzes of the presence of the current development of the elements of an intelligent tourist destination with opinions of projects developed by authorities of the territory. In the second phase, an evaluation of the models was carried out to propose a system of indicators in Portoviejo, in order to optimize and guide guidelines for a smart city. Finally, in the third phase corresponded to the proposal of the system of indicators in which an evaluation was carried out through a specific analysis to reach the conclusion that in Portoviejo is important that the indicators that the experts have qualified with the highest score be adapted, since the system of indicators allows measuring the capacity of human talent to face the administration of the territory for a smart city. Said research contributes with designs that allow public and private entities to develop projects that help promote the tourism sector with a DTI (Smart Tourist Destination) approach. | |
| dc.description | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el diseño de un sistema de indicadores para contribuir a la medición de la gestión inteligente del destino turístico de Portoviejo. Para ello se mantuvo una investigación exploratoria no experimental dado en un enfoque mixto; dicha metodología aplicada se basó en Márquez, Cuétara, Bernardo Y Mera (2020) enfocada en tres fases, en la primera consistió en el diagnóstico situacional estratégica del territorio en donde se analizaron datos importantes referentes a la oferta y demanda, seguido se determinaron análisis concretos de la presencia del desarrollo actual de los elementos de un destino turístico inteligente del destino finalizando con opiniones de proyectos desarrollados mediante autoridades del territorio. En la segunda fase se realizó una evaluación de los modelos para proponer un sistema de indicadores en Portoviejo, con la finalidad de optimizar y orientar directrices para una ciudad inteligente. Por último, en la tercera fase correspondió a la propuesta del sistema de indicadores en lo cual se realizó una evaluación mediante un análisis puntual para llegar a la conclusión de que en Portoviejo es importante que se adapten los indicadores que los expertos han calificado con mayor puntuación, ya que el sistema de indicadores permite medir la capacidad del talento humano para afrontar la administración del territorio para una ciudad inteligente. Dicho investigativo aporta con diseños que permiten a las entidades públicas y privadas el desarrollo de proyectos que ayuden a impulsar el sector turístico con enfoque de un DTI (Destino Turístico Inteligente). | |
