| dc.description | The objective of the research was to determine the impact of vaccinating against COVID-19 by the Government of Peru on human rights, the market, the decrease in deaths and infections. For which the qualitative and quantitative, descriptive applied methodology was applied, with a correlational level; considering the use of the econometric model of dynamic type, for the two periods of time and their comparison, where the impact of the vaccines against COVID-19 on the number of infections and decrease in deaths was determined, in the same way the impact it had vaccination in the violation of the fundamental rights of the people described in the constitution, the civil and penal code of Peru, where the legal monopoly that affected the market was also generated. | |
| dc.description | El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el impacto de vacunar contra el COVID-19 por parte del Gobierno de Perú en los derechos humanos, el mercado, la disminución de muertes y contagios, donde se aplicó la metodología aplicada cualitativa y cuantitativa, descriptivo, con un nivel correlacional; considerando la utilización del modelo econométrico de tipo dinámico, para los dos periodos de tiempo y su comparación, donde se determinó el impacto de las vacunas contra el COVID-19 en la cantidad de contagios y disminución de muertes. De igual manera, el impacto que tuvo la vacunación en la vulneración de los derechos fundamentales de las personas descritas en la Constitución, el Código Civil y Penal de Perú, donde también se generó el monopolio legal que afectó al mercado. | |
