| dc.description | La presente investigación se basó en un estudio sobre el ANÁLISIS DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD ULTERIOR EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE CONTENIDOS INFORMATIVOS JUDICIALES DE LA TELEVISIÓN GUAYAQUILEÑA, CASO DE ESTUDIO: NOTICIEROS RTS, ECUAVISA Y CANAL UNO EN LA COMUNIDAD, donde se consideró identificar la forma en que se realiza el procesamiento de la información para la emisión de noticias judiciales por parte del personal periodístico de los canales sujetos a investigación.
En la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación en su artículo 19 se establece lo referente a la responsabilidad ulterior, que es una obligación que están sujetos a asumir los periodistas y reporteros para que así se evite que se realicen comentarios o notas judiciales que puedan afectar a la víctima, denunciado, entre otros, estos sujetos a los derechos que mantienen y que reposan en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador……… | |
