Learning English requires the use of authentic materials in vocabulary acquisition. Dependent factors include the difficulty level of the materials, students’ background knowledge, and topics of the classes, the accompanying activities, and many others. Authentic materials help increase students’ comfort levels and self-confidence when dealing with the target language vocabulary. For English language learners (ELLs), vocabulary development is especially important (Colorín Colorado, 2018). Vocabulary learning should be a communicative approach in which students are practicing real communication. Their natural strategies for language acquisition will be used and will allow them to learn to apply the language. The communicative approach involves personalization and the use of familiar topics and situations where the students learn how to describe their family, friends, and themselves in the target language. Consequently, this includes learning to talk about their desires, studies, interests, daily life, and future plans…….
