For this, the plan and manual of accounts based on the activities of the academy have been prepared, then the initial inventory survey was carried out in order to know the assets, liabilities, patrimony of the academy and, following the elaboration of the sales assistants and purchases made based on the source documents of sales and purchases, the same ones that served as support for carrying out the accounting process that starts with the initial status and ends with the preparation of the statement of results, status financial and statement of cash flows which leads to the application of accounting to the academy
After applying the accounting to the Academy of Mathematics "GC" Guillermo Contento it was possible to determine loss of $ 2,125.02 due to the excess of the personnel that works in the entity and as a result of this the disbursements that are paid for the employer's obligations and the social benefits causes to pay high amounts of money, this associated with the lease of commercial premises produces loss in the fiscal year. The company
can keep competing in the market because the training programs offered by the institution is well received by high school graduates who wish to enter the University, provided that it reduces staff, retaining the necessary and trained staff, leading to the academy being maintain and be competitive in the market. | |
| dc.description | El trabajo de investigación denominado: APLICACIÓN DE LA CONTABILIDAD EN LA ACADEMIA DE MATEMÁTICAS “GC” GUILLERMO CONTENTO DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA. PERÍODO DEL 1 DE SEPTIEMBRE AL 31 DE DICIEMBRE DEL 2017. Se ha realizado con la finalidad de afianzar el proceso metodológico aprendido de contabilidad de servicios para las empresas dedicadas a la capacitación profesional, al mismo tiempo como un requisito previo a la obtención del grado de ingeniera en contabilidad y auditoría.
Para cumplimiento de los objetivos se realizó el levantamiento de inventario inicial de los bienes, valores y obligaciones, para conocer la situación económica y financiera de la academia, para ello los activos fueron detallados y codificados con la ayuda del manual y plan cuentas, el cual fue elaborado de acuerdo a las actividades de la entidad, siguiendo con el diseño de los formatos auxiliares de ventas y compras que ayudaron al registro de las transacciones económicas realizados a partir de las facturas de ventas y compras, los mismo que sirvieron para el registro de las transacciones diarias y de esa forma realizar el proceso contable, que inicia con el estado de situación inicial, libro diario, libro mayor, balance de comprobación, hoja de trabajo, ajustes y terminando con la elaboración del estado de resultados, estado de situación financiera y estado de flujo del efectivo

Luego de aplicar la contabilidad a la Academia de Matemáticas “GC” Guillermo Contento se pudo determinar pérdida de $ 2,125.02 debido al exceso del personal que labora en la entidad y como consecuencia de esto los desembolsos que se paga por las obligaciones patronales y los beneficios sociales ocasiona pagar elevadas cantidades de dinero, esto asociado con el arriendo del local comercial produce pérdida en el ejercicio económico. La empresa se puede mantener compitiendo en el mercado por cuanto los programas de capacitación que ofrece la institución tiene buena acogida los bachilleres que desean ingresar a la Universidad, siempre que reduzca el personal, conservando al necesario y capacitado, llevando a que la academia se mantenga y sea competitiva en el mercado. | |
