| dc.description | A study developed about the level of nonperformance of the scheme of vaccination in children younger than 2 years of age jointly with its determinant factors. The mothers were designated users of the children who break the scheme of vaccination of the health Center Urban Puyo of the city of the Puyo, being a population of 39 persons considering the study population. The intention of the investigation consisted of preparing a proposal that improves the health of the children across the fulfillment of the scheme of the vaccines. The research design applied was: I fix transversely, descriptively, bibliographical, of field. For the securing of the information the survey was used and as he arranged the questionnaire. The results obtained in the first target named typical of sociodemográficas of the family mothers were: from 14 to 19 years 41.03%, for the second proposed target level of nonperformance of the scheme of vaccines obtained the following percentages BCG 21,33%, Pediatric HB 43,33%, Rotavirus 37,83%, Pentavalent 56,49%, Antipolio OPV 55,82%, Pneumococcus 55,99%, SR. 17,50%, SRP 18,33%, Chickenpox 19%, Yellow Fever 19,33%, Antipolio OPV Reinforce 25,83%, DPT 30,50% resulted from the target 3 regarding factors that influence the nonperformance level were: economic cost, absence of time and the distance that generates the mobilization with a percentage of 46.15%, another factor was the ignorance of the mother on the vaccination scheme with a percentage of 56.41% assuming to that they are adolescent mothers in 41.03%, another element was not acceptance of the vaccines for the mother in 71.79%. One concluded that the most determinant factor that is not acceptance of the mother to the vaccine due to the reactions that this one generates in its children | |
| dc.description | Se desarrolló un estudio acerca el nivel de incumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en niños menores de 2 años de edad conjuntamente con sus factores determinantes. Se designó a las madres usuarias de los niños que incumplen el esquema de vacunación del Centro de Salud Urbano Puyo de la ciudad del Puyo, siendo una población de 39 personas considerando la población de estudio. El propósito de la investigación consistió en elaborar una propuesta que mejore la salud de los niños a través del cumplimiento del esquema de las vacunas. El diseño investigativo aplicado fue: fijo transversal, descriptivo, bibliográfico, de campo. Para la obtención de los datos se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados obtenidos en el primer objetivo denominado características de sociodemográficas de las madres de familia fueron: de 14 a 19 años el 41.03%, para el segundo objetivo propuesto nivel de incumplimiento del esquema de vacunas se obtuvo los siguientes porcentajes BCG 21,33%, HB Pediátrica 43,33%, Rotavirus 37,83%, Pentavalente 56,49%, Antipolio OPV 55,82%, Neumococo 55,99%, SR 17,50%, SRP 18,33%, Varicela 19%, Fiebre Amarilla 19,33%, Antipolio OPV Refuerzo 25,83%, DPT 30,50%, resultados del objetivo 3 referente a factores que influyen en el nivel de incumplimiento fueron: costo económico, falta de tiempo y la distancia que genera la movilización con un porcentaje del 46.15%, otro factor estuvo el desconocimiento de la madre sobre el esquema de vacunación con un porcentaje del 56.41% atribuyéndose a que son madres adolescentes en un 41.03%, otro elemento estuvo la no aceptación de las vacunas por la madre en un 71.79%. Se concluyó que el factor más determinante que es la no aceptación de la madre a la vacuna debido a las reacciones que este genera en sus hijos | |
