dc.descriptionThe development of the covid-19 pandemic at a global level has introduced new approaches in the management of organizational processes, managing to transform companies, governments and even daily life, with unprecedented consequences in Ecuador and the world. In the workplace there was a sustainability crisis, where many companies opted to reduce the number of employees or to reduce the workload, with the consequent reduction in wages. Although these changes involve new employment, productive and commercial options, pressing needs also arise as a result of the restructuring of each business system.en-US
dc.descriptionEl desarrollo de la pandemia causada por la covid-19 a nivel global ha obligado a introducir nuevos enfoques en el manejo de los procesos organizacionales, lo cual ha transformado empresas, gobiernos e incluso la vida cotidiana, con consecuencias sin precedentes en Ecuador y el mundo. En el ámbito laboral se presentó una crisis de sostenibilidad, donde muchas empresas optaron por reducir el número de empleados o por disminuir la carga de trabajo, con la consecuente reducción salarial. Si bien estos cambios suponen nuevas opciones laborales, productivas y comerciales, también surgen necesidades apremiantes producto de las reestructuraciones de cada sistema empresarial.es-ES
