dc.descriptionThis document exposes a wide range of criteria focused on the incorporation of environmental elements to the Social Evaluation of projects, seeking to recognize the limits of the market and the failures in the techniques already implemented in favor of evaluating the repercussions of business actions on the environment. This is a necessary step for developing countries, which the powers have already taken, turning the estimate of environmental impact into a common and even mandatory practice; certainly necessary in the awareness that the environment must be protected as the public good that it is.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este documento se expone una amplia gama de criterios enfocados a la incorporación de elementos ambientales a la Evaluación social de proyectos, buscando reconocer los límites del mercado y las fallas en las técnicas ya implementadas en favor de evaluar las repercusiones del accionar empresarial en el ambiente. Se trata de un paso necesario para los países en desarrollo, que las potencias han dado ya, convirtiendo la estimación del impacto ambiental en una práctica habitual e, incluso, obligatoria; ciertamente necesaria en la toma de conciencia de que el ambiente debe protegerse como el bien público que es.es-ES
