| dc.description | The analysis of the suroriental border started from two stages: the mapping research, based on maps to obtain quantitative indicators that measure the current situation of the territory; and the investigation on-site described qualitatively the reality of the place. With the result of the territory analysis the following is questioned: What kind of factors and elements will take control at the moment of integrating the territory? And throughout this process, how could be improved and be able to strength their own characteristics? Intervention strategies were designed from the construction of transforming scenarios, through theoretical foundations and references of analogous cases that are related to the problems identified in the studied sector. With the structuring of the axes of action of each strategy, the articulation and integration of the territory was achieved respecting its configuration, whose development coexists with the use of tools towards sustainable growth, environmental balance and innovation. Thus, strengthening action policies that are based on the richness of nature. The strategies of the proposal, result of the analysis, were grouped into three axes of spatial action: green network, connection network and social capacitor network; by proposing intervention measures which include policies and regulations for action.

| dc.description | El análisis del borde suroriental Zamora Huayco, partió de dos etapas: la investigación cartográfica, a base de mapas, permitió obtener indicadores cuantitativos que miden la situación actual del territorio; la observación realizada in-situ permitió describir cualitativamente la realidad del sector. Con el resultado del análisis se cuestiona: ¿Qué clase de factores y elementos tomarían protagonismo al momento de lograr la integración del territorio? ¿Y mediante este proceso, cómo se podría mejorar y repotenciar características propias del mismo? Se diseñó estrategias de intervención a partir de la construcción de escenarios de transformación, mediante fundamentos teóricos y referentes de casos análogos que se relacionan con los problemas identificados en el sector de estudio. Con la estructuración de los ejes de actuación de cada estrategia, se logró la articulación e integración del territorio respetando su configuración, cuyo desarrollo coexiste con la utilización de herramientas hacia el crecimiento sustentable, el equilibrio ambiental y la innovación, fortaleciendo así políticas de actuación que se fundamentan en la riqueza de lo natural. Las estrategias de la propuesta, resultado del análisis, se agruparon en tres ejes de actuación espacial: red verde, red de conexión y red de condensadores sociales; mediante el planteamiento de medidas de intervención que abarca políticas y normativas de actuación. | es-ES |
