| dc.description | This article investigates and affirms how Puruwa TV through the programs Dialogando con Elvis Maldonado and Rimanakuy, broadcast intercultural content during 2020 in the midst of the health, social and economic crisis of Ecuador, through the transversality that characterizes interculturality in culture, health, politics, education and environment. To this end, a mixed quantitative and qualitative methodology was used, through the application of television archive review, content analysis and interviews. We analyzed 435 television archives, of which 193 interviews of an intercultural nature are identified, material necessary to apply the components and methodological criteria proposed by Bardin. The data collected were coupled to matrices of own creation, developing the 5 elements of bardin's content analysis, 4 tables contain the results of the research which house the identification of the topic of analysis, the intensity, direction and greater coverage of the content, plus 2 graphic representations that determined the quality of the content emitted by the community medium, which are part of the inferential process. The research required the application of interviews, for this we interviewed 3 communication experts who work and have obtained experience in areas where interculturality is linked to communication or vice versa, creating a table of similarities found in the answers of the interviewees. The results obtained reflect social responsibility, open dialogue and the intersection of Kichwa and Spanish in times of crisis. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este artículo se investiga y afirma como Puruwa TV a través de los programas Dialogando con Elvis Maldonado y Rimanakuy, emitió contenido intercultural durante el 2020 en medio de la crisis sanitaria, social y económica de Ecuador, a través de la transversalidad que caracteriza a la interculturalidad en la cultura, salud, política, educación y ambiente. Para ello se empleó metodología mixta, cuantitativa y cualitativa, mediante la aplicación de revisión de archivos televisivos, análisis de contenido y entrevistas. Se analizaron 435 archivos televisivos, de los cuales se identifican 193 entrevistas de carácter intercultural, material necesario para aplicar los componentes y criterios metodológicos que propone Bardin. Los datos recolectados fueron acoplados a matrices de creación propia, desarrollando los 5 elementos del análisis de contenido de Bardin, 4 tablas contienen los resultados de la investigación las cuales alojan la identificación del tema de análisis, la intensidad, dirección y mayor cobertura del contenido, más 2 representaciones gráficas que determinaron la calidad del contenido emitido por el medio comunitario, las cuales forman parte del proceso inferencial. La investigación requirió la aplicación de entrevistas, para ello se entrevistó a 3 expertos en comunicación que laboran y han obtenido experiencia en áreas donde se vincula a la interculturalidad con la comunicación o viceversa, creando una tabla de similitudes encontradas en las respuestas de los entrevistados. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan la responsabilidad social, el diálogo abierto y la intersección del kichwa y español en tiempos de crisis. | es-ES |
