| dc.description | Considered older beginning at age 65, has a relevant constitutional where the Constitution of the Ecuadorian State assumes this responsibility basing rights in the elder’s law (2006), the present research work aims to make a diagnosis on the inclusion of this age group focused on the Group of adults over 70 yearsold , where it refuses the recognition of their family and community inclusion so, stewardship is, between the State, the family and the community, this study takes place in urban and rural parishes in the canton Ibarra, the diagnosis was based on a quantitative methodology; the type of research was descriptive and field, whose results and discussion rests with a collection and review documented bibliography, the techniques used were the survey and observation, and instruments the questionnaire and the form field. From these data we can affirm the existence of a large population of older adults in the city, which due to their physical, mental, and emotional conditions find it difficult, sometimes impossible to live under normal conditions from the rest of society, factors that preclude their social and family integration, these parameters show a lack of awareness of community and family as for priority attention and to ignorance of the law. | en-US |
| dc.description | El adulto mayor considerado a partir de los 65 años de edad, tiene un amparo constitucional pertinente donde la constitución del estado ecuatoriano asume esta responsabilidad fundamentando sus derechos en La Ley del Anciano (1), El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico sobre la inclusión de este grupo etario enfocado en el grupo de adultos mayores de 70 años, donde se invisibiliza el reconocimiento de su inclusión Social y el diagnóstico de la salud, por lo que, la corresponsabilidad es, entre el estado, la familia y la comunidad, este estudio se realiza en las parroquias urbanas y rurales del cantón Ibarra, El diagnostico se basó en una metodología cuantitativa; el tipo de investigación fue descriptiva y de campo, cuyos resultados y discusión se sustenta con una recolección y revisión bibliografía documentada, las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta y la observación, y los instrumentos el cuestionario y la ficha de campo. A partir de estos datos podemos afirmar la existencia de una población grande de adultos mayores en la ciudad, los cuales, debido a sus condiciones de salud, físicas, mentales, emocionales y de orden social, les resulta difícil y a veces imposible vivir en condiciones normales; factores que imposibilitan su integración social y familiar, estos parámetros muestran la falta de conciencia de la comunidad y de la familia en cuanto a atención prioritaria y al desconocimiento de la Ley. | es-ES |
