dc.descriptionThis research is a documentary, quantitative and experimental study, which analyzes the micro movements in the manufacturing tasks with industrial sewing machines through the study of methods for the design of predetermined times for the manufacture of basic T-shirts. For this purpose, the situation of the Xiomac company was studied segregated into three integral phases. Phase 1: determination of the cycles to be studied; Phase 2: information gathering and analysis of the use of different work execution methodologies; Phase 3: labor optimization and layout redesign through personalized training, which finally resulted in the reduction of production time, ergonomic risks and the construction of the database. The control of micro-movements represents an advance for the development of the manufacturing process, in addition to serving as a guide for any person involved in the manufacture of garments.en-US
dc.descriptionEsta investigación realiza un estudio documental, cuantitativo y expe- rimental, que analiza los micro movimientos en las tareas de confección con má- quinas de coser industriales mediante el estudio de métodos para el diseño de tiempos predeterminados para la manufactura de camisetas básicas. Para ello, se estudió la situación de la empresa Xiomac segregada en tres fases integrales. Fase 1 determinación de ciclos a estudiar; Fase 2 levantamiento de información y aná- lisis del uso de diferentes metodologías de ejecución del trabajo; Fase 3 optimi- zación laboral y rediseño de Layout mediante capacitaciones personalizadas, que finalmente dieron como resultado la reducción del tiempo de producción, riesgos ergonómicos y construcción de la base de datos. El control de los micro movi- mientos supone un avance para el desarrollo del proceso de confección, además de que sirve como guía para cualquier persona afín a la manufactura de prendas de vestir.es-ES
