dc.description | Many opportunities have been missed, such as taking advantage of available resources or making strategic investments in considerably less amounts than those arranged in crazy studies instead of promoting truly relevant projects,so this situation will continue to be a drag on our country and will keep us relegated from a leading role wich is accompanied by long-term benefits. If we do not take an accurate and timely turn towards a fixed north, by defining and implementing policies and enough resources in logistics, we will continue to be the buyers of services and openning ways for other countries to continue establishing the rules of the game, prices, conditions and restrictions within the area considered since three decades (and for the future) in the cornerstone and countries' survival factor: a strong Supply Chain structure. The so-called “Northern Border Logistics Network” in Ecuador, has the ideal characteristics to connect at least 3 continental regions in the southern hemisphere, becoming a real alternative to fully explore other commercial and tourist benefits of the region, also linking 4 countries in South America indeed. Let's analyze this case, from which interesting conclusions will be gotten. | en-US |
dc.description | Dejar pasar oportunidades únicas, como aprovechar recursos disponibles o hacer inversiones considerablemente menores a las realizadas en estudios disparatados en lugar de potenciar los proyectos verdaderamente estratégicos, seguirá siendo un lastre para nuestro país y nos mantendrá relegados de un protagonismo que viene acompañado de beneficios a largo plazo. Si no damos un golpe de timón certero y opotuno hacia un norte fijo, definiendo e implementando políticas y recursos en materia logística, seguiremos siendo los compradores de servicios y dejando paso para que otros países sigan estableciendo las reglas de juego, precios, condiciones y restricciones dentro del área considerada desde hace tres décadas (y para el futuro) en la piedra angular y factor de supervicencia de los países: construir una Cadena de Suministros sólida. La denominada “Red Logística Fronteriza Norte” en Ecuador tiene las características ideales para conectar al menos 3 regiones continentales en el hemisferio sur, convirtiéndose en una alternativa real para explotar al máximo otros beneficios comerciales y turísticos de la región, enlazando también a 4 países sudamericanos de forma dinámica. Analicemos este caso, del cual se desprenderán interesantes conclusiones. | es-ES |
