dc.description.abstract | The design of the quality management system for the operational area of Pathprofit was
based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the specific requirements of the company.
A diagnosis of Pathprofit's organizational situation was carried out, identifying the
potential benefits of implementing a quality management system based on ISO
9001:2015, and contrasted with the business needs defined by management. Through
the collection of information, the company's macro-process was elaborated, identifying
the processes and their sequence of interaction. Subsequently, the initial evaluation of
Pathprofit's compliance with the standard was carried out, determining an initial
compliance of 25%, a result obtained from the findings found during the evaluation.
Finally, the quality management system was designed, defining the quality policy and
objectives, the scope of the system and the necessary documentation to meet the
requirements of ISO 9001:2015. In addition, control procedures, records, risk prevention,
manuals, job profiles and instructions were defined. As a result, a compliance
percentage of 87.90% was achieved, which indicates that Pathprofit has the necessary
tools to satisfy its customers through services that meet the applicable legal and
regulatory requirements. | |
