This research work begins with a brief analysis of the right of appeal in the legal systems of Rome and Greece and its development in the Ecuadorian legal system through all its constitutions since its foundation as a Republic through a review and also an inspection of the current laws and regulations. In addition, the institution of the Court of Arbitration for Sport and its appellation procedures are analyzed in conjunction with its relationship with other international organizations such as the International Olympic Committee and the World AntiDoping Agency in order to link sports law and its international appellation procedures. Subsequently, the national sports law and its structure are analyzed in order to, with this information framework, make a direct comparison between the instances and organizations that intervene in Ecuadorian legal and sports appeal procedures, and international procedures in the sports field, thus establishing differences and similarities between international and national sports appellation.
