dc.description.abstract | This degree work arose from the question: how does the book album reproduce in a graphic
and narrative way themes of a reflective nature functioning as a didactic resource that helps to
strengthen the development and emotional expression of students from general basic high
education? To solve this question, the following general objective is proposed: to develop a
book album as a didactic resource to strengthen the emotional development of students of
general basic high education. As a result, an investigative process was developed which
included, on one hand, a study of emotional development emphasizing the adolescent stage
and, on the other hand, the functional composition of an album book. The research
methodology was qualitative, a semi-structured interview was applied as a workshop with a
group of five students, in which they narrated and illustrated experiences that have generated
great emotional impact on their lives; these were collected in a resource that complements
the textual and illustrative component resulting in a book album, called “Bocetero de
emociones”. When socializing the resource, it was concluded by the students that the
communication of emotions is strengthened thanks to the paths used throughout the process,
which created in them confidence, self-exploration and shared emotional experiences.
Likewise, teachers and artists raise appraisals of opportunities for application from the daily
scenario of each of them, concluding that the proposal results in an innovative and
multidisciplinary educational component that contributes significantly to the development of
students. | |
