This bibliographical review provides extensive information about proprioceptive training to prevent injuries in child soccer players. For this, the information was collected and investigated in depth, which was taken from the following digital databases: Scopus, Google Scholar, SciELO-Scientific Electronic Library, Dspace. Within the search, 70 documents were found, of which 45 documents served us to extract the information. Within the research analysis, we found that proprioceptive training in soccer is important, because it reduces injuries and improves performance. In addition, studies show that if proprioception is worked on from an early age, children can have better coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. In conclusion, soccer coaches should increase proprioceptive training with or without implements, this will allow children to avoid getting injuries and therefore the team has a better performance.
