| dc.description | Debido a su relevancia histórica para Ecuador, no solo en la demarcación territorial, sino en la moral de la población, la investigación se orienta al reconocimiento de los factores que influyeron en la derivación del conflicto y concomitantemente en análisis de la situación domestica de Ecuador y Perú, y particularmente las implicaciones en la dimensión militar. Por tal razón es fundamental el análisis del escenario regional y sus incidencias en el suceso. Igualmente la investigación posiciona la relevancia sobre la diplomacia en las Relaciones Internacionales. Todo este estudio se basa en los presupuestos del constructivismo en RI, particularmente en los propuestos de Alexander Wendt. A esto se suma un diseño metodológico cualitativo que permitió consolidar una analítica coherente y rigurosa en la construcción del objeto de estudio a propósito del caso Relaciones Bilaterales entre Ecuador y Perú en el conflicto del Alto Cenepa. | |
| dc.description | Due the historical relevance for the Ecuador, not only for the border delimitation, but the people moral and pride, the research its aimed to reach the factors and circumstances that derived in conflict related with the analysis of the Ecuador and Peru situations and particularly the military issues. Therefore its fundamental the analysis of the regional situation and events. Furtheremore the research highlight the importance of the diplomacy in the International Relations. All this analysis is based on the constructivism proposals in IR, particularly those proposed by Alexander Wendt. A qualitative methodologic design is integrated in order to execute a rigorous and consistent analysis of the subject of study “The Bilateral Relations between Ecuador and Peru in the Alto Cenepa conflict”. | |
