| dc.description | El presente trabajo se encamina a la propuesta de un nuevo centro de detención de menores para la provincia de Loja. Para ello se ha iniciado realizando un diagnóstico del estado de la edificación existente; reconociendo que no se encuentra a la altura de las exigencias de la legislación, en cuanto a infraestructura y condiciones que deben ofrecer a los internos. Después de seguir el enfoque del marco lógico para identificar las falencias del centro actual, se propone finalmente un proyecto que satisface las necesidades en cuanto a áreas de construcción, zonificación, condiciones salubres y ambientales necesarias para la correcta rehabilitación de los menores internos. El objetivo del centro es el de emular una unidad educativa, donde los jóvenes puedan corregir sus actitudes delictivas y prepararse para su reinserción en la sociedad, en lugar de ser un simple centro de confinamiento. | |
| dc.description | This work is aimed at the proposal of a new Detention Centre for underage infractors for the province of Loja. To accomplish this, the first step was to diagnose the current conditions of the existent building, noticing that it does not satisfy the demands of the current legislation, as to the infrastructure, nor the basic conditions that it is supposed to offer to its interns. After following the Logic Frame approach to identify the main shortages in the existing center, a new project is proposed, one that can reach the construction, infrastructure, zonification, health and environmental conditions required for a correct rehabilitation process. The main goal of the center is to emulate a scholar environment, where the teenagers are offered the correct tools to meditate about their behavior and be prepared for their future reinsertion back into society, instead of being a simple place of confinement. | |
